In 2025, amidst fierce market competition, our partners worked hand in hand with China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) to achieve outstanding results once again: total revenue for the year is expected to exceed RMB 225 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17%; vehicle sales are expected to exceed 450,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 25%. Among these, CNHTC's heavy-duty truck production and sales exceeded 300,000 units, setting a new historical record. This not only maintains CNHTC's leading position in the Chinese industry for four consecutive years but also secured the title of the world's number one heavy-duty truck seller, ushering in a new era for the development of China's commercial vehicle industry.
In 2025, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) will systematically upgrade its product structure, marketing philosophy, and business model, achieving comprehensive growth in the domestic market: heavy truck sales are expected to reach 150,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 33%; light truck sales are expected to reach 120,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 29%; sales of vans and pickups will increase by 116% year-on-year; sales of new energy heavy trucks and light trucks are expected to increase by 230% and 390% year-on-year, respectively; and the market share of high-end and economy truck segments will continue to maintain a leading position and achieve rapid growth.
On the export front, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) achieved another historic breakthrough: total heavy-duty truck exports exceeded 150,000 units for the year, a year-on-year increase of 11%, maintaining its position as the top heavy-duty truck exporter in China for 21 consecutive years. In September alone, heavy-duty truck exports surpassed 15,000 units, setting a new historical record for Chinese heavy-duty truck exports. Meanwhile, CNHTC continued to expand its export product categories, with light-duty truck export sales increasing by 161% year-on-year and aftermarket parts export revenue increasing by 53% year-on-year, establishing a new strategic pattern of exporting across all product categories.

In 2026, guided by the Group's goal of "340,000 domestic vehicle sales," we will focus on enhancing our parts supply capabilities: optimizing our warehousing and logistics system, expanding our core parts inventory, and ensuring accurate matching and rapid delivery of parts for Sinotruk's market models; deepening collaboration with the Group's R&D and production departments, and proactively stockpiling parts for new generation heavy-duty trucks and light-duty trucks to seize market opportunities.
