On September 8th, FAST Group held the kick-off meeting for the "Quality Month" in 2025 at its Xi'an High-tech Zone factory via video conference. Ma Xuyao, the Party Secretary and Chairman of FAST Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Ma Xuyao pointed out in his speech that product quality is the foundation for the survival and development of an enterprise and the core support for winning the market. Quality covers the entire chain from product research and development, production, sales to service. The company's "Quality Month" series of activities aim to comprehensively enhance the quality awareness of all employees, continuously reduce quality control costs, and effectively promote the realization of the "zero defect" quality goal. Currently, the enterprise is at a critical period of structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading. It is extremely urgent to strengthen quality control and promote brand upgrading. We must systematically consolidate the quality foundation, eliminate quality hazards, prevent quality risks, and improve quality levels, and take practical actions to implement the strategy of strengthening the enterprise through quality.

Ma Xuyao demanded that all employees always maintain a sense of crisis as if they were standing on the edge of a deep abyss or walking on thin ice, and continuously improve product quality, service quality and work quality. They should have a sense of responsibility that they cannot shirk and take it as their duty to constantly strengthen the management of the supplier system, establish and improve the quality analysis and improvement mechanism, strictly and meticulously enhance process quality control, and cultivate a quality brand advantage. With a spirit of striving for excellence and meticulousness, they should deepen departmental coordination and linkage, ensure the implementation of quality improvement measures, and fully promote the quality of FAST brand to reach world-class levels.
At the meeting, the Quality Management Headquarters publicized and implemented the "Quality Month" activity plan for 2025.
Kou Zhida, the deputy general manager of FAST, presided over the meeting. Members of the company's leadership team attended the meeting. Some middle-level cadres participated in the meeting at the main venue and sub-venues.
After the meeting, Ma Xuyao led all the participants at the main venue to take part in the on-site warning education activity for the Quality Month.
It is understood that the theme of this year's "Quality Month" is "Quality Awareness Starts from the Heart, Quality Cost is Practiced in Action", focusing on three major sections: "Quality Academy", "Quality Fund", and "Quality Law". Through systematic and multi-level thematic activities, it aims to comprehensively enhance employees' quality awareness, promote the continuous optimization of the quality system and processes, and constantly improve the product quality level and overall competitiveness of the company.
